Eligibility

A minimum of 10 children is required per booking (please contact us if you are interested in hosting a smaller party).
All bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per child is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
Final numbers and full payment must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
Package Inclusions
Each package includes only the items specified in the chosen option. Any additional extras must be selected and paid for in advance.
Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
- *Small helium balloon will be gifted to all children.
Supervision
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the party.
We do not provide childcare or supervision services.
Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to additional charges.
Changes to party size must be approved at least 7 days in advance.
Conduct & Responsibility
The party organiser is responsible for ensuring appropriate behaviour from all guests.
Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.
External Decorators
You are welcome to bring your own decorator to set up the space, but this must be arranged and approved in advance.
Set-up times must be agreed upon beforehand and may be restricted based on availability.
Any decorations brought in must be freestanding and non-damaging to our venue (no nails, staples, or adhesives on walls/furniture).
External decorators are responsible for complete removal and clean-up of their materials within the agreed time frame.
Photography & Promotion
We may occasionally take photos during parties for promotional use. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us before the event.
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to stop the party at any time if there are health, safety, or conduct concerns.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
