Teppanyaki means “grilled on an iron plate” and is a Japanese style of cooking in which food is prepared live in front of guests. This method adds a personalised touch, featuring dramatic flames, impressive knife skills, and an entertaining, interactive atmosphere. It is traditionally enjoyed as a shared social experience, with each cooking station typically accommodating up to 10 guests at a time.
