Chef Karnavar brings over 30 years of international culinary experience, having cooked across countries and cuisines with a steadfast focus on precision and discipline.

On Sundays, we apply that same standard to a beloved British classic.

Begin with freshly made dosas from our live station, followed by perfectly cooked roast mains served with traditional accompaniments, using premium ingredients, generous portions, and absolutely no shortcuts.
